Rental Extension Agreement

This CONTRACT EXTENSION AGREEMENT (“Extension”) by and between Life Improved, LLC, 19239 N 54th Ln, Glendale, AZ 85308 and   (“RENTER”) located at  

(collectively, the “Parties”).

WHEREAS the Parties entered into a recent Rental Agreement (the “Original Contract”).

WHEREAS the Parties agree to extend the term of the Original Contract in accordance with the terms of the Original Contract as well as the terms provided herein.

Rental extensions for existing rentals are in daily, weekly, or monthly increments, no minimum.

RENTER elects to extend specific items and duration chosen in the ordering process of this site.

In consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the Parties mutually covenant and agree as follows:

• The Original Contract, is a part of this Extension.
• The parties agree to extend the Original Contract for an additional period, which will begin immediately upon the expiration of the original time period and will end as requested and successfully purchased in this order.
• This Extension binds and benefits both Parties and any successors or assigns. This document, including the Original Contract, is the entire agreement between the Parties.

All other terms and conditions of the Original Contract remain unchanged.
